Santa Clara Valley Habitat Plan:

The Santa Clara Valley HCP/NCCP is a regional partnership between six Local Partners (the County of Santa Clara, Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority, Santa Clara Valley Water District, and the Cities of San Jose, Gilroy and Morgan Hill) and two Wildlife Agencies (the California Department of Fish and Game and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service).

Three Creeks Habitat Plan:

As of part of the “Proposed Draft Settlement Agreement Regarding Water Rights of the Santa Clara Valley Water District on Coyote, Guadalupe, and Stevens Creeks” (DSA), the district is preparing the Three Creeks HCP (Three Creeks HCP) to obtain Endangered Species Act permit coverage for steelhead and Chinook salmon affected by water supply operations, and capital projects in Stevens and Coyote Creeks and the Guadalupe River.
